Falco Wealth is a Wealth Management firm based in the City of London that provides fully holistic Financial Planning and Investment Management solutions to enable each client to meet their personal goals and objectives.
In an industry which is becoming increasingly automated and robotised, we provide a highly personal service, with 24/7 access to an adviser and quarterly review meetings.

MATTHEW GRIFFIN
Financial Planner
Having studied Economics at the University of Bath, Matthew moved on to gain the DipPFS in Regulated Financial Planning. Since becoming a Financial Adviser, Matthew has been working with High Net Worth and Retail investors, gaining a detailed understanding of the specific circumstances and advice required for each client's unique circumstances. Matt is currently also working towards the CFA Investment Management Certificate.
JONATHAN LAMB
CEO
Jonathan has been working in the Financial Services industry for nearly two decades and has overseen the successful start-up and development of companies in the Financial Services, Fund Management and Property Development sectors. Jonathan works with professional investors on all aspects of Financial Planning and has a complex knowledge of the alternative investment market. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds a DipPFS in Regulated Financial Planning.
LEE THISTLETHWAITE
Chairman
Lee has been working in the international corporate and private banking industry for over 30 years. For the last 15 years he has been an independent advisor to families of wealth and their family offices, specialising in matters of governance, risk, strategy and succession. Lee brings an international focus to his work having lived and worked in Hong Kong, New York, Melbourne and Geneva, and with that the benefit of working with clients from diverse cultures and nationalities.
BILL O'NEILL
Director + Investment Committee
After a successful career in investment banking, asset and wealth management, where Bill worked as an investment strategist and chief investment officer creating sound investment frameworks, above average investment performance alongside a highly recognised media profile, he moved to consultancy in 2016. Bill now offers advice to management and clients on macros and asset market strategy, and supports in developing investment processes for new businesses.
GARY DUGAN
Investment Committee
Gary has 35 years’ experience in senior roles at a number of leading global financial services businesses such as JPMorgan, Barclays and Merrill Lynch. As a Chief Investment Officer and Global Strategist, he has led investment teams in private banking and institutional portfolio management for multi asset portfolios. Gary has a reputation for making bold calls on markets including calling the 1987 crash, the rise of the eurozone, the collapse of the tech bubble, and World Financial crisis. He appears regularly in the financial press in Europe, Asia, Middle East and on Wall Street.
STEFAN WAGNER
Investment Committee
Stefan has almost 25 years of experience within the financial services industry with roles that mainly centred around trading and structuring derivatives and derivative-based investment strategies. From starting as a Derivative Structurer in 1994 at Bankers Trust, Stefan went on to run Citigroup’s EMEA structured products business, successfully managing over $50 billion of High Net Worth and Institutional client assets. Since leaving Citi, Stefan has undertaken a number of senior roles at firms specialising in derivative and value investing arbitrage strategies.
